Grams Gård

Grams Gård (farm) built 1851 is situated at the top of a small hill on the edge of Simris with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea. To the west are rolling fields and pasture land.

The farm offers tranquillity as well as proximity to the coastal towns of Simrishamn and Brantevik. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the water for a refreshing swim or 25 minutes by car to the white sandy beaches of Sandhammaren nature reserve. It is a place that feels far away from everyday life but easy to reach.

The farmhouse has been carefully renovated and consists of three wings forming a U shape with a cobblestone courtyard where a large chestnut tree stands. Three individually designed residences are available for rent. The main house and barn are available as location space for events and happenings as well location for film and photography. Natural light flows from all directions with views out to the garden, fields and the sea.

The region of Österlen in Skåne, southern Sweden is a welcoming and relaxed place, it is just that feeling we want to share with those who stay here. A place to long for, a place to return.
